The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of hot options.

We appreciated the stay here, such great experience. Location was great and amazing — around 10-15 minutes walk from Doge's Palace. Moreover, it was in very pleasant area near to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square and St Mark's Square and Rialto. Had everything we needed, recommend...

The nearest airport is nowhere near, but hey, who needs convenient travel options anyway? Gotta love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment, along with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. And let's not forget the lovely decor!
Oh, and who could forget the joy of walking through interconnected bedrooms with no privacy whatsoever? So much fun!

The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even provided us with a delicious Italian breakfast every morning. The wifi connection was a bit patchy at times, but we were still able to find spots where it worked well.

Great location for exploring the city, close to popular landmarks and attractions. the apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean, with all the necessary amenities. the kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances. the balcony area provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were accommodating with early access.
The layout of the bedrooms may be a concern for some guests, as access to the larger bedroom is through the first bedroom. the shower room was a bit small, which might be uncomfortable for taller individuals.

The apartment at San Marco3 is absolutely fantastic! It feels like a cozy home away from home. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Venice. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals.
Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit tight. But hey, that's just me and I'm sure others might not even notice it.

When they say Venice is breathtaking, they're not exaggerating! The view from this apartment's balcony was simply divine. I almost dropped my tea cup out of sheer awe. Clearly, the owner understands the importance of a good first impression.
Oh, I was heartbroken to discover that I had to share my precious tea time in the larger bedroom with my friend. How am I supposed to enjoy my biscuits in peace with someone else in the room?
